The Supply Chain Manager provides operational leadership and execution oversight across Illinois Fleet, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehouse operations. This role will focus on fleet utilization, repair cost control, PM enforcement, logistics coordination, inventory digitization, and operational efficiency improvements.

The position is intended to strengthen Illinois execution capabilities while supporting long-term fleet scalability and operational risk reduction.

We’re looking for you to do the following:
Fleet Operations
  • Enforce preventative maintenance compliance
  • Oversee repair authorization workflows
  • Improve fleet uptime and equipment availability
  • Monitor lifecycle and replacement strategies
Supply Chain & Inventory
  • Build and manage digital parts inventory systems
  • Establish inventory controls and barcode tracking
  • Improve stock efficiency and purchasing discipline
Logistics & Dispatch
  • Improve routing and dispatch efficiency
  • Assist with utilization tracking and scheduling
  • Develop operational dashboards and reporting
  • Analyze repair trends and ownership costs
  • Support budgeting and cost recovery initiatives
  • Strengthen OEM and repair vendor relationships
  • Negotiate pricing and improve service accountability
Leadership
  • Support fleet managers and operational teams
  • Assist with strategic growth initiatives
  • Help transition Illinois operations toward scalable regional support
You have:
  • 10+ years heavy equipment and fleet operations experience
  • Strong understanding of construction fleet operations
  • Experience with vocational trucks and yellow iron
  • Financial and operational analysis capability
  • Vendor and OEM management experience
  • Leadership and team development background
  • CDL and equipment industry certifications preferred
