This role provides support to Mark Anthony Brewing's inventory management process, with the objective to ensure MAB's ERP system accurately reflects physical inventory movement throughout the MAB supply chain. Through effective partnership with internal stakeholders – as well as third‑party material suppliers, co‑packers, and re‑packers this role manages critical inventory movement control functions in MAB's internal ERP system.
Accountabilities:
- Manage data from production and ensure material data is in sync with MAB ERP system
- Investigate discrepancies, partnering with external and internal partners to resolve issues
- Enter production/consumption data into ERP system at various item levels (work in process as well as finished goods)
- Transact inventory movements in ERP system
- Support timely processing of supplier invoice matching
- Support monthly / yearly MAB accounting close processes
- Reconcile all inventory at assigned sites
- Troubleshoot variances and identify/create root cause solutions impacting inventory accuracy
- Proper completion of required periodic inventory counts
- Inventory accuracy of 99% at each level for assigned sites
Own:
- Inventory accuracy at assigned sites
- Identification of persistent issues that need correction
Influence:
- MAB ERP systems (QAD) inventory accuracy for finished goods, subcomponents, packaging and ingredients
Critical Stakeholders & Relationships:
- Reports to Manager, Inventory
- Internal:
Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance & Master Data - External: MAB Copackers, 3PL and Supplier network
Qualifications, Education, &
Experience:
- Bachelors Degrees in Supply Chain or related field; 2+ years of CPG supply chain inventory management background or 4+ years of inventory management experience.
Skills Needed To Be Successful:
- Proficiency utilizing ERP systems / Microsoft Excel; exceptional communication skills (verbal / written)
- Comfortable managing / analyzing data, with the ability to understand how data correlates to real‑time activity
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
