We’re looking for an experienced Customs Brokerage Manager to serve as the #2 leader supporting our National Brokerage Manager. This is a hands‑on, player‑coach role where you’ll lead a team of three Entry Writers while maintaining your own customs entry workload and driving operational excellence.

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and customs entries.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 Entry Writers.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company standards.
• Support the National Brokerage Manager with process improvements, projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment processing.

• Licensed Customs Broker (required)
• Cargo Wise experience (required)
• Previous people management experience
• 7+ years of customs brokerage/entry writing experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import compliance.
• A hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
