Supply Chain Manager

The Role

The Supply Chain Manager for GTI will be responsible for developing and driving key supply chain planning strategy and initiatives, supporting demand and supply planning in critical markets, growing enterprise capabilities and best practices to support GTI short‑term and long‑term growth, and serving as a cross‑functional lead for supply chain. You will bring depth of working with a high volume of SKUs in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment with numerous production locations, thrive in a start‑up, gritty setting, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in.

• Analyze and implement game plans for finished good and material inventory needs, cultivation and production planning, and demand forecasting to maintain a balance between fulfillment and replenishment.
• Conduct and refine scheduling analysis to ensure that demand forecasts and manufacturing schedules are aligned and integrated.
• Provide strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication across functions.
• Analyze data, produce reports, structure communications, and manage expectations with senior stakeholders.
• Develop long‑ and short‑term forecasting plans and improvements to help scale, sustain, and automate business processes.
• Understand business decisions beyond the numbers and incorporate them into planning.
• Reduce excess and obsolete inventory through cross‑functional reviews and re‑balancing efforts.
• Identify and resolve out‑of‑stock issues, focusing on minimizing shortages through data analysis and safety stock reviews.
• Collect, verify, review, and report production plans for finished goods, and run analysis for cross‑functional supply‑chain optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for material planning, supply, and demand planning.
• Manage and develop direct reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, and/or demand and supply planning.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed, and innovative, able to work independently or within teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start‑up, fast‑paced environment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally.
• Possesses strong critical thinking skills.
• Operates with professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Green Thumb Pay Range $90,000—$120,000 USD
