Sourcing Analyst

We are seeking a Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Analyst to support strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier relationship management within a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT/BPO outsourcing procurement, electronic sourcing tools, supplier negotiations, and contract support. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, and mitigate supplier risk.

• Support category management and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across assigned spend categories.
• Lead and support RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, bid events, and vendor selection.
• Conduct market research, spend analysis, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Develop sourcing strategies, supplier roadmaps, and negotiation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, commercial terms, and supplier agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve supplier issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities, reduce procurement risks, and improve procurement processes.
• Utilize electronic sourcing and procurement tools to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support contract drafting, procurement documentation, and sourcing best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
• MUST HAVE: IT/BPO outsourcing procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience using electronic sourcing/eProcurement tools (Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP Ariba, Oracle, etc.).
• Experience managing RFI, RFP, RFQ, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical, financial, and research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with supplier risk management and contract management.
• Experience working with AI‑related procurement initiatives.
• Presentation and stakeholder engagement experience.
