MK Cabinet Supply is seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support daily showroom and warehouse operations. This full‑time, on‑site position plays a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating orders, and supporting overall business operations.

The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working closely with customers, vendors, and team members.

• Assist customers with selecting cabinets, hardware, finishes, and related products.
• Answer product questions and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
• Create and assist with kitchen cabinet designs and layouts.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

• Support day‑to‑day showroom and warehouse operations.
• Assist with employee scheduling and task coordination.
• Ensure the showroom and warehouse remain clean, organized, and well‑maintained.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales and customer service goals.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment.
• Organize products and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate customer pickups and delivery schedules.
• Track orders from initial sale through fulfillment.

• Process invoices, payments, and cash transactions.
• Assist with basic reporting and record keeping.
• Review orders and documentation for accuracy.
• Maintain organized customer and vendor records.

• College Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work on‑site full time.
• Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in retail management, assistant management, showroom sales, cabinetry, kitchen design, construction materials, home improvement, or building supply industries.
• Experience with kitchen design software 2020 Design.
• Experience supervising, training, or coordinating team members.
