Graduate Freight Forwarder

Our client, a leading international freight forwarding company, is seeking a Graduate Freight Forwarder – Junior Air Export to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone beginning their career in global logistics, supply chain, and international transportation.

• Coordinate and process international air export shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and review export documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, and shipping paperwork.
• Communicate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company procedures.
• Accurately enter shipment information into internal operating systems.
• Assist in resolving shipment delays, discrepancies, and operational issues.
• Support the Air Export team with day-to-day operational activities while building knowledge of freight forwarding processes.

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field), or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
• Previous internship or experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain is advantageous but not required.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career within international logistics.
