Summary
Support a client in delivering high‑quality, cost‑effective healthcare by driving contract utilization and implementing Vizient supply chain solutions. Partner with the Vizient Spend Executive and Category Management team to align supply chain strategies with client goals, enabling measurable value through cost savings, contract penetration, and supply chain optimization.
Responsibilities- Execute the client workplan by applying analytical storytelling and data interpretation to identify cost savings and supply chain optimization opportunities.
- Manage analytics and client coordination activities while accurately tracking performance metrics and workplan progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing routine needs, and ensuring consistent communication.
- Collaborate with Category Managers, subject matter experts, and Product Advisors to align strategies and implement supply chain initiatives.
- Interpret spend data using Vizient tools to evaluate trends and develop actionable recommendations that improve client outcomes.
- Drive contract performance by monitoring utilization, identifying tier‑optimization opportunities, and supporting achievement of workplan objectives.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to support implementation, adoption, and sustained utilization of Vizient solutions.
- Apply problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and continuous improvement principles to overcome barriers and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Support achievement of client savings, contract penetration, and supply chain performance goals through effective execution and follow‑through.
- Preferred:
Relevant degree. - Required:
2 or more years of relevant experience. - Preferred experience:
Account management, category management, or healthcare supply chain. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships while collaborating effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to facilitate productive discussions and present recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute work independently in a client‑focused environment.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated hiring range: $77,400.00 to $. This position is incentive eligible.
