Procurement and Sourcing - Consultant – 4A

The Procurement and Sourcing Consultant is instrumental in uncovering and applying the latest insights while working alongside clients across all levels of seniority. In this role, success is driven by gathering and applying the latest insights and tailoring solutions to a variety of industries. This role is the backbone of our problem‑solving engine because the consultant works side by side with our clients to understand in detail what is needed to drive procurement and supply chain to the pinnacle of success.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel analysis and communication in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of prior corporate experience, ideally within professional services and exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations, or strategy.
• Sourcing‑vendor experience.
• Vendor‑management experience.
• Must be based out of our Chicago, IL office.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Must also consider three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
• Must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience related to the responsibilities described.
