Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Outsourcing & Offshoring

We are seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Outsourcing & Offshoring to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) categories within the banking and financial services sector.

This is a senior, client-facing role requiring deep expertise in category strategy, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and play a key role in delivering commercial, operational resilience, and third-party risk outcomes through effective sourcing strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate with sourcing professionals across multiple regions while providing category expertise to support a global client portfolio.

As a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Outsourcing & Offshoring
, you will:

• Act as a strategic sourcing partner to senior stakeholders within regulated financial services environments.
• Lead end-to-end BPO and offshoring sourcing initiatives, from strategy development through contract execution.
• Develop category strategies, conduct market analysis, and assess supplier capabilities.
• Design and manage RFI/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and selection activities.
• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract development, including outsourcing-specific provisions.
• Manage complex sourcing programs, including large-scale global outsourcing initiatives.
• Partner with legal, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to ensure successful sourcing outcomes.
• Deliver commercial value, sourcing objectives, and supplier solutions while providing guidance on complex outsourcing initiatives.

• Proven hands-on experience sourcing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services and leading sourcing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy development through contract execution.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex, multi-country outsourcing and offshoring programs.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and negotiation expertise across BPO and business services categories.
• Experience operating within regulated industries, preferably financial services.
• Ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders while building trusted relationships.
• Strong analytical, category management, and strategic sourcing capabilities, including supplier assessment and competitive sourcing events.
• University degree or equivalent professional experience; MCIPS qualification is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, project management, and organizational skills, with experience using leading sourcing and procurement technology platforms.
