We are looking for a highly motivated Tolling Planner to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support our customers and business objectives.
About the RoleReporting to the Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Tolling Planner will work closely with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Customer Service teams to develop and execute production and material plans across the region based out of Alsip, IL. This role is critical in balancing supply and demand, optimizing inventory, and supporting business performance through effective planning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage production plans to ensure product availability and service levels are achieved.
- Execute material requirements planning and collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely material supply.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, balancing customer demand with inventory and cost objectives.
- Partner with manufacturing and operational teams to align production capacity and supply requirements.
- Participate in demand and event planning processes, identifying risks and opportunities to improve supply performance.
- Support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity and act as a custodian for key supply planning system data and parameters.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in operational supply chain planning.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP and planning systems.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or APICS/CPIM certification.
- Experience with in manufacturing, chemicals, agrochemical, or related industries.
- Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Experience with advanced planning tools and supply chain optimization practices.
Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary range for this position is $69,100 to $88,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for additional forms of compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, financial, and other wellbeing benefits.
