• Source, develop, and maintain relationships with truckload carriers.
• Make high-volume outbound calls (80+ per day) to build carrier capacity.
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profitability.
• Match available freight with carrier capacity.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve service issues.
• Track freight documentation and ensure billing accuracy.
• Research market trends, carrier capacity, and pricing to support sales.
• Deliver outstanding service to carrier partners while growing the carrier network.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
• Previous sales, customer service, or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
