- Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
- Coordinate full-cycle of ocean and air import shipments from origin country to final destinations
- Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
- Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
- Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
- Experience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
