Constellation Brands seeks a Director, Integrated Business Planning to lead our IBP Center of Excellence across beer, wine, and spirits. In this role, you will design and govern end-to-end IBP processes that integrate demand, supply, and financial planning to support a global manufacturing and distribution network. You will drive S&OP cadence, scenario planning, and trade-off decisions, partnering with supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial teams.
You will develop standards, KPIs, and analytics to improve forecast accuracy, service, and inventory while building IBP capabilities and leading change in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Integrated Business Planning Center of Excellence for a global beverage manufacturing portfolio
- Design and optimize end-to-end IBP processes across demand, supply, finance, and commercial teams
- Drive S&OP/IBP cadence, scenario planning, and decision-making to balance service, cost, and inventory
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial leaders to align plans with strategic goals
- Implement best practices, playbooks, and standards for forecasting, capacity, and inventory management
- Leverage analytics and planning tools to enable data-driven decisions and performance visibility
- Coach and develop cross-functional teams, building IBP capabilities and change adoption
- Collaborate with IT and data teams on IBP systems, integrations, and digital enablement
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve planning accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency
- Champion a performance-driven, collaborative, and consumer-focused culture
