What You'll Do

As a Project Manager in Procurement, you will work with Inverto North America clients to develop and implement strategies that create value for them. You will apply your expertise, understanding of business contexts, and analytical skills to enable organizational goals and work in multidisciplinary teams to help businesses improve products and create market growth strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Holistic project management, developing and analyzing processes, procurement organizations, and product groups, and custom solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Stimulating work environment within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial culture.
  • Broad range of cutting‑edge challenges across industries, from start‑ups to consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors.
  • Intensive customer consulting on high‑visibility topics, serving as the main contact, conducting workshops, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Cross‑industry development, building knowledge through compliance centers and focusing on single industries as a career path.
  • Specific development of company knowledge through your professional expertise.
  • Far‑reaching leadership, shaping the development of the entire company and driving momentum.
What You'll Bring
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting.
  • BS from an accredited university (MS preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Results‑oriented mindset.
  • Experience managing others in fast‑paced client service environments.
  • Prior experience cultivating strong client relationships and setting strategic direction for projects.
  • Strong grasp of procurement tooling in direct and/or indirect categories.
  • Business‑fluent written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel; moderate travel expected, varying by project.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit that thrives through collaboration.

Additional Information

The base compensation for this role is $200,000 USD.
