The Supply Chain function is essential to Tropicana Brand Group's success by enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. By improving warehouse operations, optimizing transportation routes, and refining inventory management practices, the team plays a critical role in streamlining processes. Collaborating with other departments to align strategies, the Supply Chain team ensures that Tropicana meets customer demands while maintaining a high standard of performance and cost-effectiveness.

We are looking to add a Supply Chain Planner to our Demand Planning team. The Demand Planner role is designed for an experienced Demand Planning professional with strong CPG expertise and the ability to translate Commercial insights, customer activity, and data-driven analysis into an accurate demand forecast. Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus. This role will be responsible for owning the total forecast for assigned Customer Teams, delivering accurate near- and long-term projections measured by forecast accuracy and bias.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather intelligence, improve UPC-level forecast precision, provide stakeholders with explanatory and predictive insights, and support broader Demand Planning team initiatives. Tropicana is looking for a critical thinker with exceptional communication, influencing and relationship management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Delivering accurate near- and long-term forecasts through strong analytical capability, forecast accuracy and bias management, and clear explanatory and predictive insights for key stakeholders
- Owning total forecast for assigned Customer Team(s), or brands roll-ups
- Building strong relationships with Commercial and cross-functional partners to gather market, customer, promotional, and portfolio intelligence that improves forecast accuracy for assigned customers and brands
- Support Demand Planning team initiatives
- Own and execute demand forecasting in IBP for UPCs at assigned Customer Team(s)
- Own & monitor Demand Planning forecast accuracy and bias measures (individual targets) for UPCs at assigned Customer teams, including relevant reporting
- Assist Demand Planning leadership in meeting the demand forecasting and demand reporting needs of the overall business and associated supply chain
- Collaborate and maintain close relationships day to day with key contacts in Commercial to gather intelligence relative to Sales activities for UPCs at assigned Customer Teams (Promotions, Calendar Events)
- Coordinate with Demand Planning leadership to manage forecasts for new and discontinued products impacting assigned Customer Teams
- Own preparations, facilitate, and follow ups for Customer connects and Revenue Reviews with Customer Teams
- Use experience, analysis, reports and gathered intelligence to review history, evaluate the impact of future business and sales activities on demand and take appropriate actions to adjust forecasts (baseline, lift)
- Support continuous process improvements
3–5 years of hands-on Demand Planning experience within the CPG industry required;
