As a Sourcing Lead – Construction Services, you will leadand support client engagements across construction, capital projects, and facilities-related spend categories. This is a client-facing consulting role requiring strong expertise in construction sourcing, contract strategy,supplier negotiations, and stakeholder management. You will partner closely with client teams to translate complex project requirements into robust sourcing strategies, deliver measurable value, and drive best-in-class procurement outcomes.

This role sits within our managed services practice and combines category depth, project leadership, and advisory capabilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across construction services, capital projects, and equipment categories.
• Partner directly with client stakeholders, general contractors, and suppliers to translate project needs into RFQs/SOWs and sourcing strategies.
• Manage competitive bids, commercial evaluations, cost benchmarking, and negotiations to drive value and mitigate risk.
• Review construction drawings, scope, cost inputs, and supplier proposals to identify opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects and sourcing pipelines, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and issue resolution .
• Serve as a trusted client partner , proactively managing communication, expectations, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and mentor team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing processes, reporting, governance, and supplier performance.

Salary Range : $75,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Additional Compensation :
Eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to individual and company performance.
