The Role

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will provide general maintenance and repairs to enhance guest experience.

• Promote Bally’s customer‑centric culture of offering superior guest service and building long‑lasting guest relations.
• Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, internal controls, company policies, and organizational goals.
• Assist with training and developing team members.
• Respond to maintenance calls and provide general maintenance including lightbulb changes, HVAC needs, painting, snow removal, gardening, and cleaning.
• Conduct daily inspections of public areas, and conduct and document preventative maintenance initiatives regularly.
• Keep all mechanical areas neat, orderly, and working.
• Evaluate and prioritize maintenance requests as needed.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions, including using personal protective equipment when required.
• Suggest improvements to overall operations to increase guest satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair needs with other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board.
• High school or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Carpentry preferred.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods.
• Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet.
• Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds.
• Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 pounds.
• Frequently required to reach overhead.
• Occasionally required to work in confined, small areas for long periods.
• Exposure to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
