Description

1st Shift Maintenance 6:00am - 2:30pm

• Ordering, receiving, storing and/or issuing parts.
• Maintain and manage parts inventory using CMMS system.
• Planning and staging parts for PM work.
• Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and place vendor orders.
• Manage and issue work from the CMMS program.
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization's maintenance goals.
• Create maintenance PM schedules and generate work orders.
• Assist in creating procedural manuals that explain certain tasks.
• Assist and support the maintenance manager & Supervisor as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.
• Maintains records and files essential to the maintenance department.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.
• At times you will be asked to fill in for maintenance manager or supervisor if unavailable.
• Perform other duties as Assigned by the Maintenance Director.

• 1+ year experience is preferred
• Computer skills, ERP, CMMS, Word, Excel are Preferred but not required.
• Associates degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of food processing equipment is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience with SQF, USDA, HACCP is preferred but not required.
• Good organization and planning skills are required.
• Mechanical and electrical equipment parts knowledge preferred but not required.
