RMK Management has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor

- Work with the Property Manager to assess needs and priorities for maintenance staff to keep the property in the best possible condition
- Supervise and assign duties for the maintenance staff
- Establish and monitor preventive maintenance procedures for on‑site maintenance staff
- Assist with the coordination of purchasing tools and supplies necessary to keep property in best possible condition
- Diagnose and repair appliances
- Maintain courteous communications with residents, staff, and vendors
- 2‑3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Have your own hand tools
- HVAC certification a big plus!
- Knowledge of carpentry, appliances, electrical, and plumbing
- Must be able to work independently and also as a valuable team asset
- Mid‑Senior level
- Full‑time
