The Cleaner provides the upkeep and general cleaning of assigned areas within the interior or exterior of the location, including office spaces, restrooms, eating areas (indoors/outdoors), elevators, drinking fountains, and walkways (indoors/outdoors). Must be willing to complete tasks and work assigned hours.

• Cleaning and preparing construction sites.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Building and dismantling scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Digging trenches, compacting earth, and back filling holes.
• Operating and tending machinery and heavy equipment.
• Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans.
• Assisting skilled tradespeople in their duties.

• Integrity.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Cooperate with staff and management.
• Excellent communication skills.
