RMK Management is growing! Come work for a fun and family-oriented company. We are hiring for a C Janitor at 1000 South Clark Apartments in the South Loop. This is a union building, so the candidate will need to join Local 1 union upon hire.
Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Clean and sanitize the property, including common areas, corridors, and offices
- Take out trash and recycling
- Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Report any maintenance issues to management
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience a plus (but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
- Must pass background check
- Must be willing to join Local 1 union
