Cleaner / Vacation replacement / Downtown Chicago, IL
Midway Building Services is seeking a Cleaner / Vacation replacement for downtown Chicago. Join us to keep our facilities clean and welcoming.
Pay range- Base pay: $16.60/hr – $19.90/hr
- Other pay ranges are provided by Midway Building Services, based on experience and skills.
The Cleaner provides the upkeep and general cleaning of assigned areas in the interior or exterior of the location including office spaces, restrooms, eating areas (indoors/outdoors), elevators, drinking fountains, walkways (indoors/outdoors). Must be willing to complete tasks and work assigned hours.
Responsibilities- Clean restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycle bins
- Vacuum carpet, sweep, mop, and dust mop hard surfaces
- Reposition furniture, dust, and wipe surfaces
- Perform additional duties as required
- Integrity
- Willingness to complete tasks and work assigned hours
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Cooperate with staff and management
- Excellent communication skills
