We are hiring a full-time Housekeeper on the day shift to help clean and maintain a convent home for elder Franciscan sisters in Chicago (60659 area near Lincolnwood and North Park neighborhoods).

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain a sanitary, clean and orderly environment. Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms, halls, and restrooms, vacuuming and cleaning floors.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., cleaning in the kitchen, laundry).

• Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping/cleaning experience (commercial/environmental cleaning experience is a plus).
• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Seeking a dedicated hard worker with excellent time-management skills who thrives in a team setting.

• Hours:
  
  32 hours per week (7:00 am - 3:30 pm), Monday through Friday.
• Hourly range: $17.00 - $20.50. Wage will be determined based on factors such as relevant work experience/qualifications and internal equity.
