A day in the life:

• Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in common areas, work spaces, restrooms, break areas, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains.
• Remove trash, dust, disinfect, polish, and carry out additional duties as assigned to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the facility.
• Basic cleaning of interior and exterior of property including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping, dusting, and polishing.
• Clean restrooms: restock toilet tissue and other dispensers, empty trash, sanitize fixtures, clean mirrors, spot‑clean partition doors and walls, sweep and mop tile floors, disinfect high‑touch areas, dust horizontal surfaces and vents.
• Office cleaning: move furniture, vacuum, reposition, dust and wipe furniture, empty trash, replace liners, disinfect and dust desktops and telephones, dust cubicle partitions and cabinets.
• Common area cleaning: dust, mop, sweep, mopping and vacuum hard flooring and carpets, spot clean walls, disinfect high‑touch areas, dust vents, dust window sills, and clean glass panels.
• Eating area cleaning: dust, mop, sweep, mopping and vacuum hard flooring areas, disinfect counters, tables, chairs, sinks and other fixtures, remove trash and refill consumables.
• Attend to flooded areas, incidental spills and related clean‑up work for trash and restroom concerns.
• Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift.
• Waxing, stripping and buffing floors.
• Carpet cleaning with floor equipment.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors to include tile, carpet and brick flooring.

• Minimum of 1 year of janitorial and cleaning experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work assigned hours on 2nd and 3rd shifts.
• Professional demeanor at all times.

Compensation: USD $19.90 per hour. 2nd and 3rd shift – Flexible. Benefits include medical, dental, life and long‑term disability insurance and a 401(k) savings plan.
