Responsible for performing general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure a clean, safe, and orderly environment. Tasks include cleaning of common areas, work spaces, restrooms, break areas, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, and drinking fountains. Other responsibilities include trash removal, dusting, disinfecting, polishing, and other duties as assigned.

• Basic cleaning of interior and exterior of property.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, wiping, dusting, and polishing.
• Restrooms: restocking, emptying trash, sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot‑cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, disinfecting high‑touch areas, dusting horizontal surfaces and vents.
• Office cleaning: moving furniture, vacuuming, repositioning, dusting and wiping furniture, emptying trash, replacing liners, disinfecting desktops and telephones, dusting cubicle partitions and cabinets.
• Common areas: dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming hard floors and carpets, spot‑cleaning walls, disinfecting high‑touch areas, cleaning vents, window sills, and glass panels.
• Eating areas: dusting, mopping, vacuuming hard floors, disinfecting counters, tables, chairs, sinks, trash removal, refilling consumables.
• Additional duties: attending to flooded areas, incidental spills, and related clean‑up work.
• Restock carts and closets each shift.
• Waxing, stripping, buffing floors.
• Carpet cleaning with floor equipment.
• Floor maintenance for tile, carpet, and brick.
• Minimum 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willing to work assigned hours.
• Professional demeanor.

Competitive salary structure at $19.90/hr, 3rd shift flexible. Includes benefits: medical, dental, life, LTD insurance, and 401(k) savings plan.
