We are looking for an Engineer Apprentice to join the team in Chicago's Gold Coast. You must be a member of Local 399.
Responsibilities- Assist Engineers and trade mechanics to maintain the physical functionality of the facility including guest rooms, public space, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
- Perform a variety of repair, maintenance, and cleaning tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
- Inspect guestrooms, public space, and heart‑of‑the‑house for needed and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain detailed record‑keeping of all work orders and completed assignments.
- Perform additional office‑related work (receiving deliveries, running errands for parts, etc.).

The hourly rate is $17 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
