We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the Laundry and Housekeeping departments
, ensuring cleanliness, order, and efficient operations throughout the facility.

• High school diploma preferred
• Prior long-term care facility experience required
• Business and personnel management training preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA and IDPH regulations related to housekeeping and laundry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Recruit, interview, and verify references to ensure proper staffing levels
• Supervise staff scheduling to maintain uninterrupted service to residents
• Oversee purchasing, storage, and distribution of all housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry supplies
• Ensure all equipment remains in proper working condition
• Work as a weekend supervisor as part of the Department Head monthly rotation
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator
