JLL is seeking a remote Maintenance Technician to support preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems including lighting, plumbing, HVAC components, doors, locks, ceilings and minor electrical fixtures, in line with Chanel’s requests. You will document work in HOST or paper logs, ensure tasks are completed safely and to high quality, and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
You will escalate client concerns to the LM/Engineering Manager and collaborate with teammates
