What You Must Have

  • Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research preferred.
  • Proven success in operationalizing business strategies.
  • Proficiency in transforming chain functions.
  • Client relationship and network building skills.
  • Experience in quantitative and qualitative benchmarking.
  • Ability to manage complex business initiatives.
  • Proficiency in insurance technology and analytics.
  • Leadership and team‑building abilities.
