- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of combined experience in Consulting and the Insurance industry
- Degree in Actuarial Science, Banking and Insurance, Banking and Finance, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Finance, Finance & Technology, Management Information Systems, Organizational Management, Operations Management/Research preferred.
- Proven success in operationalizing business strategies.
- Proficiency in transforming chain functions.
- Client relationship and network building skills.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative benchmarking.
- Ability to manage complex business initiatives.
- Proficiency in insurance technology and analytics.
- Leadership and team‑building abilities.
