The Regina Dominican Leadership Institute, acting as a recognized center for leadership development within the community, supports innovative practices designed to prepare young women to be active citizens of the world and to lead lives committed to leadership, community, faith, innovation, and excellence.

Position Summary

The Regina Dominican Leadership Institute Director is responsible for the implementation, development, growth, assessment, and success of the Leadership Institute at Regina Dominican High School. This involves developing and implementing programs for students, faculty, alumnae, parents, and the greater community. The Leadership Institute helps students to identify their leadership abilities and opportunities for growth, and facilitates the development of leadership competencies across each student’s four years at Regina Dominican.

It is essential that the candidate has experience in program development and education at the secondary or university level.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

Oversees and evaluates Leadership Institute initiatives and operations

Oversees the development of leadership curriculum at Regina Dominican

Oversees leadership programming throughout the school year and the summer

Oversees the Allworth Scholars honors program

Works cooperatively with the following to advance the mission of the Leadership Institute and the mission of Regina Dominican within the school (internal constituencies):
