Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing general contractor based in Lawndale, currently expanding their project management team.

They are seeking a hands-on Project Manager with strong commercial carpentry experience. This role is ideal for someone who is able to step in, manage projects independently, and bring both field knowledge and professional PM discipline.

• Manage commercial carpentry projects from kickoff through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and internal crews
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and vendors
• Use Procore to manage documentation, RFIs, submittals, and reporting
• Ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all projects

• Strong commercial carpentry background (interiors preferred)
• Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction
• Proficiency with Procore
• Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision
• Organized, reliable, and capable of working under deadlines
