The Role

The Vice President, Corporate Human Resources is a key member of Hyatt's global HR leadership team and serves as a trusted partner to senior corporate leaders. This role leads the execution of forward-looking talent strategies that enable long-term business success and organizational effectiveness.

The VP, Corporate HR has comprehensive HR business partner responsibility for the Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Growth, and Commercial Services functions. In addition, the role provides oversight of Hyatt's Corporate Headquarters operations, ensuring the workplace environment supports collaboration, engagement, and high performance for colleagues and visitors alike. The position leads a team of five direct reports and an overall organization of approximately 53 colleagues across HR, Facilities, and Culinary functions.

  • Accountable for the execution of multi-year talent strategies aligned with business priorities.
