About the Opportunity
As a Dev Sec Ops Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Developer Enablement, you will lead a team of software and platform engineers. This role will allow you to leverage your technical skills to lead and grow our internal engineering discipline while you coach, mentor, and develop people. In addition to developing and managing our own engineering practices, you will collaborate with other leaders and Product Managers to influence strategic decisions and build high‑quality software solutions for the CI/CD and Testing platforms used across the enterprise.

What you will do- Ensure chapter talent composition and workforce planning aligns with strategic priorities
- Enable an agile and well‑rounded organization by demonstrating agile behaviors
- Influence strategic backlog and prioritization decisions
- Ensure the team delivers on committed service levels and fosters continuous improvement in operational performance
- Increase adoption of Dev Ops best practices, empower teams to automate, promote process improvement, toil reduction and develop capabilities to measure code quality, test coverage and defect management
- Coach, mentor and train developers on engineering practices
- Remove impediments to delivering value
- Share insights, knowledge, industry practices and developments across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience building multiple components of scalable enterprise applications
- 5+ years’ experience developing and managing technical teams within a product‑centric organization
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools
- Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineers, fostering their growth and development
- Strong understanding of Dev Sec Ops principles and practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and test automation (e.g., Git Lab, Sonar Qube, Lifecycle, Accelq)
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Cloud Formation)
- Familiarity with running software on Cloud Service Providers like Amazon Web Services or Azure

- The hiring range is $135,600 – $185,000 annually.
