What You'll Do
- Lead daily maintenance operations and drive performance, safety, and environmental compliance
- Coach, train, and develop maintenance teams
- Manage scheduling, preventative maintenance, and spare parts inventory
- Investigate incidents and implement root-cause improvements
- Partner with Plant Managers to set goals and improve processes
- Oversee contractors and support capital improvement projects
- Ensure strong cost control and support budgeting decisions
- 2-3+ years maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of safety, environmental standards, and equipment management
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive corrective actions
- Solid budgeting, planning, and reporting skills
- Tech-savvy with maintenance systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
- Able to respond to on-site emergencies when needed
