Warehouse Supervisor

jas is an international, non-asset-based supply chain services and solutions company. the warehouse supervisor oversees the day to day functions of the warehouse activities and personnel. This position is responsible for the smooth operations of the warehouse and crating jobs, accurate shipment counts and safe operations of all activities in the warehouse.

• supervise the day to day activities, schedules and training of the warehouse staff.
• ensure a high standards of customer service.
• ensure all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personal safety and safety of inventory.
• check and verify shipping records, handle questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and address any problems or concerns with management immediately.
• delegate housekeeping/clean up responsibilities to the warehouse staff to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• driving, forklift operation and/or manual labor may be required.
• schedule activities of loading dock use of mechanized equipment such as forklifts.
• ensure adherence to all safety rules, government regulations and company policies and procedures.
• other duties may be assigned.

• the incumbent will directly and/or indirectly supervise 1 or more employees.

For this position, the annual salary range is $70,000 -$80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This range represents the full compensation potential for this role, and the specific compensation offered to the selected candidate will be based on factors such as skills, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
