Side Hustle Honors® is seeking a Sponsorship & Partnership Lead for a temporary 1099, commission-based engagement running March through August 2026

This role is focused exclusively on securing paid sponsor ships, underwriting commitments, and Hustlers Council partnerships for the 8th Annual Side Hustle Honors Awards
.
The Sponsorship & Partnership Lead will identify potential sponsors, develop sponsorship proposals, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships through close. This role directly supports the financial success and execution of the 2026 awards event.
Responsibilities- Identify, pitch, and secure paid sponsor ships for the 2026 Side Hustle Honors Awards
- Close underwriting commitments aligned with the awards experience
- Secure Hustlers Council partnerships tied to the 2026 cycle
- Develop and customize sponsorship proposals
- Manage outreach, follow‑up, and closing within a defined event timeline
- Maintain organized records of sponsor conversations and commitments
- Coordinate with the Side Hustle Honors team on sponsor alignment and fulfillment
- Proven experience securing sponsor ships or fundraising for for-profit organizations or events
- Comfort working in a commission-based compensation structure
- Strong negotiation, proposal development, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet time-bound goals
- Experience with event sponsor ships, partnerships, or sales preferred
- Temporary engagement:
March – August 2026 - Commission-based compensation tied to sponsorship revenue secured
