Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all warehouse operations. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe work environment. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with other departments to meet customer demands, improve operational efficiency, and achieve organizational goals.

Supervise all warehousing staff.

• Overseeing daily warehouse activities including: receiving, storing, refurbishment, and shipping.
• Managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and audits.
• Optimizing warehouse layout and space utilization for efficient operations.
• Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems and procedures.
• Hiring, training, and developing warehouse staff.
• Assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing feedback.
• Motivating and leading the warehouse team to achieve operational objectives.
• Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
• Investigating and resolving product damage or quality issues.
• Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting delivery deadlines and order accuracy.

• 5-7+ Years of Warehouse and/or Warehouse management experience
• Proven experience in Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Ability to Manage multiple teams.
• Understand the need for confidentiality when appropriate.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to present & conduct Training in Group settings.

• Communicates with coworkers, third-party providers and vendors.
• Moves throughout building and/or worksite.
• This role requires inspection of sites to detect safety concerns.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures.
