Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000
Sally is hiring a Manager of Branch Operations to run the day‑to‑day performance of our Chicago location. This role owns site execution, team leadership, fleet readiness, and customer experience — ensuring the branch operates smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard every day.
This is a hands‑on leadership position for someone ready to step up, take full ownership of a location, and drive real results.
What You’ll DoOwn Site Operations & Performance
Lead daily branch operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient rental execution
Own site‑level KPIs including vehicle utilization, launch execution, and customer satisfaction
Identify operational gaps and solve issues quickly in real time
Act as the escalation point for complex customer and employee situations
Lead Rental & Fleet WorkflowsOversee launches, returns, swaps, repossessions, impounds, and customer inquiries
Partner with maintenance and garage teams to ensure vehicles are ready and downtime is minimized
Maintain site‑level fleet compliance (registrations, insurance, inspections, city sticker renewals, etc.)
Manage and Develop the TeamHire, train, and coach a high‑performing frontline + customer support team
Set clear expectations and drive accountability through performance management
Own staffing plans, onboarding, scheduling, PTO planning, and retention
Build a strong culture of execution, professionalism, and customer obsession
Oversee Office & Facility OperationsManage supplies, inventory, vendors, landlord coordination, and facilities needs
Ensure compliance postings are maintained and the site stays organized and safe
Build strong working relationships with co‑located Fleet teams

Fast, professional resolution of customer issues
Smooth launch/return operations with minimal downtime
A well‑run, organized branch with an engaged and accountable team
What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in operations, branch management, site management, office management, or customer support leadership
1+ years of experience in rental car, fleet operations, logistics, or transportation strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead teams in fast‑paced, customer‑facing environments
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable using reporting tools like Google Sheets to guide decisions
Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly
Flexible schedule availability based on business needs
Willingness to travel occasionally as needed
