Manager, Process Management; Resilience​/Disaster Recovery - Global Network

Position: Manager, Process Management (Resilience/Disaster Recovery) - Global Payment Network
* Manage the development of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups management; make final recommendations for approval on changes
* Identify opportunities to streamline, automate and enhance our data management practices, processes and controls, and validations
* Maintain formal process documents (e.g. procedures and diagrams), and document processes and projects (creating project reports, presentations, business cases, and diagrams)
* Work with team members to develop robust risk management processes
* Analyze data and influence others to proactively identify data risks and trends
* Consultation and representation of well managed processes, customer experience, and risk management for new intent
* Effectively partner with Product, Technology and Intent Owners to achieve desired outcomes or improvements by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
* Collect data and information to provide transparency to senior leadership on the health of the process
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Track and resolve process breakdowns, issues and risk events
* Creating and validating processes
* Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness
* Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* At least 4 years of Process or Risk Management experience
* At least 2 years of Continual Improvement experience
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification
* 5+ years of Resilience or Disaster Recovery planning
* 5+ years of Testing experience
* 5+ years of experience in Process management
* 3+ years of experience in Project management
* 2+ years of experience in People management
* 1+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams
