Overview
Google is seeking a Manager, Cross Channel Return on Investment (ROI) Measurement to lead a global team delivering media effectiveness solutions such as Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) and Third‑Party Multi‑Touch Attribution (MTA). This role is based in San Francisco, CA with additional options in Atlanta, GA, Boulder, CO, Chicago, IL, Mountain View, CA, New York, NY, Los Angeles, CA, and San Bruno, CA.

Responsibilities- Lead a team of individual contributors and provide coaching and performance management.
- Develop go‑to‑market strategy for a rapidly changing product for a global, cross‑functional team.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product management leads to develop business goals and strategy.
- Represent products and business in VP‑level conversations and large executive forums.
- Address and de‑escalate when issues or roadblocks arise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 13 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 4 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with media effectiveness measurement products and the advertisement measurement landscape.
- Experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM) or Media Mix Models (MMM).
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Science).
- Experience working with third‑party measurement companies or vendors.
- Experience managing customer relationships and communicating change.
- Ability to influence counterparts in sales, product, marketing, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders and build relationships with cross‑functional partners.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $230,000–$324,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Compensation varies by role, level, location, and other factors.
