We’re a licensed general contractor expanding our construction management capability to lead facility improvement projects. This role is hands-on and people-focused — you’ll
** hire, develop, and lead a year-round project team
** while coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with proven
** experience managing both employees
** and contractors. You’ll partner closely with our leadership team to ensure smooth execution with minimal disruption to operations.
