Job Description:
The Change Manager will lead and support organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes, structures, and operating models. This role partners closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver effective change strategies, with a strong emphasis on communication, executive-level presentations, and organizational design. Experience supporting call center operations in a consulting capacity and exposure to offshoring or outsourcing transformations are strong pluses.
Key Skills &
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Change Management
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills
• Organizational Design experience preferred
• Consulting experience supporting Call Center Operations a plus
• Offshoring/Outsourcing transformation experience a plus
