Area Sales Manager - IL District

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships.

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Midwest Business Center lives in or near IL Central District or is willing to relocate for the position.

The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including:

• Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line
• Ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling
• Ensure maximum production capability within the area
• Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities
• Review, analyze dealer financial statements, and consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve retail operations
• Ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with corporate message and branding guidelines, and ensure proper levels of sales satisfaction at all dealerships
• Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of sales or marketing experience
• Lives in or near IL Central District or willing to relocate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications

• Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Excel in building positive working relationships
• Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement
• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
