SummaryIn this role, you will oversee multiple related projects that align with the organization's long-term goals and strategic priorities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program resources, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value on schedule and within scope. You will drive strategic execution, mitigate risk, and provide clear visibility to senior leadership while fostering collaboration and accountability across teams.
Responsibilities- Define program goals and success metrics aligned with organizational strategy.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure projects within the program contribute to overarching business outcomes.
- Manage interdependencies across projects to prevent delays and bottlenecks.
- Align resources and schedules to optimize delivery and efficiency.
- Facilitate collaboration among project managers and key stakeholders.
- Identify program-level risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program health and elevate critical issues as needed.
- Track key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership.
- Communicate program vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $.
This position is also incentive eligible.
