We are seeking a proactive and strategic thinker who will develop, implement, and continuously improve the organization’s EHS strategy in both AI tech and parking. The Senior Director will foster a strong safety culture, lead cross‑functional collaboration, and build a high‑performing EHS team.
What you'll do- Develop and execute a comprehensive EHS strategy and roadmap that aligns with the organization’s business objectives and anticipates future safety challenges.
- Serve as a collaborative leader, providing EHS guidance, respect, and support across all departments.
- Define corporate and location‑specific EHS priorities and implement the systems and processes needed to support operations.
- Oversee safety procedures, policies, assessments, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with laws.
- Develop and manage internal safety databases, websites, and electronic tools to track performance, generate metrics, and evaluate corrective action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and develop EHS staff and future managers, fostering a high‑performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Environmental Health and Safety, preferably in a complex, technology‑driven environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful EHS programs.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and other relevant regulations.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent designation.
- Prior experience in transportation operations.
Anticipated base salary: $ USD – $ USD annually. Total compensation may include healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a stock option plan, bonus plans, and more.
