Your role

Reporting to the Global Head of Private Credit, the Business Manager supports the Global Head of Private Credit and the Private Credit leadership team in executing the strategic vision of the Private Credit Business Unit. The role requires a proactive, organized individual who can manage multiple priorities, facilitate communication, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Your responsibilities
  • Strategic Support:
    Assist the Head of Private Credit in developing and executing the strategic plan for the Private Credit Global Business, aligned with overall company goals.
  • Project Management:
    Lead and manage key strategic initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution and reporting to the Leadership team.
  • Communication:
    Serve as a liaison between the Private Credit leadership team and other departments to facilitate collaboration.
  • Leadership Events:
    Organize and prepare for leadership meetings (offsites, strategy sessions, etc.), including agenda setting, documentation, presentations, and follow-up on action items.
  • Data Analysis:
    Track and analyze business performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Headcount:
    Track and coordinate headcount requests globally from the Private Credit team, ensuring alignment with budget and growth in revenue.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Team Development:
    Support talent development initiatives within the Private Credit team, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Compliance and

    Risk Management:

    Ensure initiatives comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, minimizing legal and compliance risks.
Your profile
  • Experience:

    Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the private credit or financial services industry or consulting.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Skills:

    Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Interpersonal

    Skills:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving:
    Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
