Vice President of Operations
Our client, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market industrial businesses, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join its portfolio operations team. This role partners directly with portfolio company CEOs to drive hands‑on value creation across operational improvement, commercial initiatives, integrations and 100‑day planning. The ideal candidate will bring four to six years total work experience, including at least three years of top‑tier strategy consulting experience, with a track record of leading high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
