- Significant hands‑on location presence.
- Ability to coach and mentor location GM, front‑office, field staff.
- Support and drive location‑level job booking activities.
- Conduct ride‑alongs & ensure technician service‑system training adherence.
- Partner with location General Managers to drive a culture of performance and accountability.
- Local to Chicago market.
- 10+ years of residential HVAC industry experience with in‑home sales experience.
- Energetic self‑starter with a strong desire to win.
- Demonstrable time spent in collaborative team environments.
- Experience managing an organization or a team of direct reports.
- Primarily on‑location work within Chicago market.
- Competitive base salary + annual performance bonus.
