Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations and procedures
  • Experience in healthcare, commercial, retail, and office construction projects
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management software, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
